Andre Wagner

Andre Wagner is Managing Partner of SPE Capital, a private equity firm focused on the Middle East and Africa. Wagner has led a number of investments for SPE Capital with a particular focus on consumers, industrials, education and wellness. Wagner holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MA from the Graduate Institute, Geneva.

Scott Featherston

Scott Featherston has extensive experience in finance, education and emerging markets. From 2005 to 2015, Featherston worked at the International Finance Corporation, the private investment arm of the World Bank, where he invested in education and health businesses in emerging markets in all regions. He is a partner at Caerus Capital and he sits on the Advisory Board of LINC Education. Featherston has also been an adjunct professor in finance at John Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies in Washington DC. He currently resides in Australia and is Chief Financial Officer at George Health.

Hilmi Belbeisi

Hilmi Belbeisi has an MBA in Organization Development and Management and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from University of Jordan. Belbeisi held several managerial positions throughout his career, including Organization Development Manager, Senior Performance Manager and Organization Development Consultant and Head of Human Capital. He was also Corporate HR Director for Extra, where he was responsible for all HR and development operations for four companies operating in three GCC countries. As of 2013, Belbeisi has been Chief Development Officer for AlFouzan Contracting: a 10,000-employee company with US$ 3B in revenues. He is responsible for Strategic HR, Logistics and Support Services.

Amit has spent over a decade in the education industry working with senior management teams of leading global education providers and with the largest PE and VC investors in education. Amit is the co-founder and Managing Director of LINC Education, a Singapore-based provider of innovative technology-supported retention services to global higher education universities and institutions. His previous assignment was as Partner and Managing Director at Parthenon, the world’s largest management consulting firm for the education sector.
Amit is an engineer from University of Mumbai and a MBA from IIM Bangalore. He has over 18 years of work experience spanning multiple organizations including A.T. Kearney and Parthenon.
